  • Praise God for the ministry of our NLC Kids and NLC Crew as they help children and youth grow in their walk with Jesus.
  • Praise the Lord for our Home Resource Center and the dozens of families helped with home furnishings and supplies this year! Pray for the young family helped this week through a contact from the Dinuba Police Department (see photo below).
"Thank you to our volunteers for your continued help in donation pick-ups and home deliveries!
And thank you for graciously giving finances to fund this amazing ministry" -

Sunday, November 20th, is going to be a BIG celebration for us at NLC! John & Geri, who have been part of this church for years, will be presenting their lifestory of missionary work around the world. They've been in mission work, whether church planting, video ministry, support, and a variety of other ways for 45 years. It will be a great opportunity to hear how they've seen the work of God around the world and consider the fact that God is still calling people to "GO!"

One of our NLC traditions during November Mission Month is to gather a special offering to cover our entire year's budgeted mission offering. This year (2022-2023) that amount is $20,000. It goes to support the following people who are carrying the Gospel in important ways locally and around the world:
  • John & Geri's final months with Multiply
  • Pablo & Maricela Chavez and family serving with Multiply in Peru
  • Cecil & Tracy Ramos serving with Multiply in Thailand
  • Bruce & Laurel Smith serving with Youth For Christ in Tulare/Kings Counties, and the Dinuba Youth Center on Perry Street in Dinuba.
  • Ruddy & Cristina Ancheta serving with YWAM in San Francisco
  • Open Gate Ministries right across El Monte from our church
  • Good News Club at Jefferson Elementary in Dinuba
  • NLC's community events like our big Family Fun Night and some of what's needed to offer our monthly Grab & Go Meals.

Please ask God what he might want to give through you this month to missions. On Sunday, November 20th, the offering will be gathered and we'll celebrate what God has done through all of us together for the sake of the Gospel!

Mark Isaac
