Praise the Lord for the way this verse has been proved true this week!
Someone came into my office to tell me the response she got from a local businesswoman she's been witnessing to. Out of the blue, it seemed, this businesswoman said it was time to go to church, and she'd like to start going wherever this woman from NLC was going.
This businesswoman said she'd noticed the grace and goodness of the lady from our church and her husband and wanted that for herself.
Truly the Gospel is the power of God that brings salvation in all its fullness
to everyone who believes!

Prayer is vital to experiencing new life in Jesus
and joining God in his transformative work in our community and world.
1. Take time to pray on your own to listen and speak to the Lord. Philippians 4:6-8
2. Find a prayer partner to agree together in prayer. Matthew 18:19
3. Join the Wednesday evening prayer gatherings. Acts 1:14
4. Call for the elders to pray over you, or come to Healing Rooms on Tuesdays. James 5:14-15
5. Join in worship and prayer on Sundays and Thursdays. Hebrews 10:24-25
6. Walk and talk with God along the streets of Dinuba through Pray & Go. Jeremiah 29:7

Schools are in full swing now, so please keep everyone in prayer.
We have 2-3 people interested in baptism. Pray for them and others who may desire it.
Pray for the following people dealing with cancer, testing, waiting, or treatments:
Lanisha Washington is receiving treatments out of town while her mom, Tanisha, cares for her two children along with Tanisha's children at Open Gate.
Pray for Kristel Salazar, undergoing tests on a lump.
Mike Naylor will be receiving radiation "seeds" soon, though not on the 24th as planned.
Continue praying for Eugene Enns and Glen Zimmerman.
Manuel Madrid's mother, Mary, needs to get to Stanford for further treatment.
Maribel Sorenson's mother, Carolina, needs strength and healing for the cancer in her leg.
Two local pastors/spouses are dealing with cancer: Pastor Bill Nicolay and Bea De La Cerda.
Keep JR and Janet Southard in your prayers for his healing and their strength.
Remember Chinoh with the Air Force in Qatar.
Pray for Stephanie Morales' health and strength as she leads worship during her pregnancy.
Pray for wisdom as leaders prepare a new budget for NLC starting in September. We thank the Lord for the abundant provisions God has given us for serving our community.
R & G thank the Lord for recent changes, but continue praying for grace, peace, and wisdom as they assist an aging family member.
Take time to pray beyond our borders: Peru and the Chavez Family, Thailand and Ramos Family and the pastors the Espositos have been training, the island of Maui, elections in Guatamala and Ecuador, unrest in Niger, the war in Ukraine and Russia, and so many more.
